AI strategy & roadmapping
A prioritized map of where AI saves time, wins revenue, or cuts cost — with effort, risk, and ROI attached to each bet.
qbflows helps companies put AI to work — finding the opportunities that matter, building the systems that deliver, and making them stick.
01 Services
Four ways we help. Usually it starts with a diagnosis, then a working system — not a slide deck.
A prioritized map of where AI saves time, wins revenue, or cuts cost — with effort, risk, and ROI attached to each bet.
Copilots, agents, and internal tools built on your data and wired into the systems your team already uses.
Remove the repetitive work — routing, reporting, document processing, handoffs — designed to hold up in production.
Training and playbooks that turn AI from a side experiment into a daily habit your team trusts and actually uses.
02 What we build
Illustrative examples of the systems we design and build. Each one starts with a workflow that already hurts, and ends with something your team opens every day.
Answers “where is my order?” across TMS, ERP, and email — with the source attached, so no one has to guess.
Reads contracts, invoices, and SOPs, extracts what matters, and routes it for human review — instead of a queue.
Preps account briefs, drafts follow-ups, and keeps the CRM clean — so sellers spend time selling, not tidying.

03 Approach
We don’t start with a platform decision. We start with a workflow, prove it works, and only then widen the scope.
We sit with the people doing the work, map where time actually goes, and pick the opportunities worth building.
Out: a prioritized map with effort, risk, and expected return. We ship a working pilot inside your real systems — with real data, real users, and a clear way to measure it.
Out: a system in daily use, with before/after numbers. We harden, train, and hand over. Your team owns the system; we stay close while it earns its place.
Out: a system your team can run without us.04 About
qbflows is a small, independent team of AI engineers and operators. We work directly with the people who own the workflow — not just the people who bought the software.
Every engagement starts with a measurable change in how the business runs.
Working systems in weeks, not research projects in quarters.
Documentation, training, and clean handover are part of the deliverable.
No layers, no junior hand-off, no platform lock-in. If AI isn’t the right answer, we’ll say so early — that’s cheaper for everyone.
05 FAQ
No. Most clients start with no dedicated AI capability. We plug in alongside your operations, IT, or product team, build the first systems with you, and leave behind the documentation and training to run them.
A diagnostic takes about two weeks. A first working pilot typically lands in four to eight weeks. Scaling depends on scope, integration complexity, and how quickly your team can adopt the new workflow.
Diagnostics are fixed-scope so you know the number before we start. Build work is milestone-based, tied to something you can see working. We’ll size it on the first call once we understand the workflow.
Yes. We build around your stack — ERP, TMS, CRM, email, spreadsheets, whatever holds the work. We design within your security and data-handling requirements, and avoid locking you into a proprietary platform.
